The Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development (MEHRD) is inviting eligible contractors to bid for the 2026 Printing and Delivery of National Examination Papers, with tender documents now available and submissions due by 27 August 2026.
The contract will be awarded through the Government’s competitive tendering process, with all bids to be lodged at the Central Tender Board counter and opened in the presence of attending representatives.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public, to all Government Ministries and agencies, to all banks and financial institutions, and to all persons dealing with the Company, as follows:
1. As recorded in the official Company Extract issued by the Companies Registry (Company Haus), generated on 21 July 2026, the sole Director and only authorised representative of Florida Mine Investment Company Limited ("the Company") is Mr HAILONG LI.
2. MR WALES G SU, MR JUNYU SU (also known as "Charles") and MR NAN WANG (also known as "Andrew") are NOT directors, shareholders or authorised representatives of the Company, and have no authority whatsoever to represent, act for, transact for, operate any bank account of, sign for, or otherwise bind the Company.
3. The claims brought by Mr Wales G Su and Mr Junyu Su (High Court of Solomon Islands Civil Case No. 108 of 2026), and by Mr Nan Wang and others (Civil Case No. 54 of 2026), each asserting to be or to represent directors of the Company, were struck out and dismissed on 25 June 2026, with costs ordered against the claimants.
4. All persons are WARNED not to accept, rely upon or act upon any representation, instruction, application, correspondence, payment or document given or made by Mr Wales G Su, Mr Junyu Su or Mr Nan Wang (or by any person claiming authority through them) as an act of the Company. The Company will not be bound by, and accepts no liability for, any such dealing.
