Congratulations to St Nicholas Anglican College on 40 Years of Service On behalf of the Selwyn College Old Scholars Association (SOSA), we extend our warmest congratulations to St Nicholas Anglican College on the celebration of its 40th Anniversary. Today is a special occasion to celebrate four decades of commitment to education, faith, discipline, service and the development of young people in Solomon Islands. As fellow members of the Anglican education community, we at SOSA proudly join the St Nicholas community—its students, teachers, staff, parents, past students and supporters—in celebrating this significant milestone. Forty years represents a remarkable journey of dedication, perseverance and achievement. Throughout those years, St Nicholas Anglican College has played an important role in shaping the lives of generations of students and contributing to the development of our nation. R E M I N D E R ! 📢📢📢 NATIONAL EXAMINATION DATES AND TIMES 2026 Schools, parents and candidates urged to note the official schedules The Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development (MEHRD) advises schools, education providers, candidates, parents and guardians that the official dates and times for the 2026 national examinations and the Solomon Islands Standardised Tests of Achievement (SISTA) have been confirmed. The schedules cover SISTA for selected primary schools, the Solomon Islands Junior Secondary Certificate (SIJSC), the Solomon Islands School Certificate Level One (SISCL1), and the Solomon Islands School Certificate Level Two (SISCL2). Key examination periods: • SISTA (selected primary schools only): Thursday, 29 October 2026. • SIJSC: Tuesday, 27 October to Friday, 30 October 2026. • SISCL1: Monday, 26 October to Thursday, 5 November 2026. • SISCL2: Monday, 26 October to Friday, 6 November 2026. Schools are asked to share the timetable widely and ensure candidates are present and prepared before each session.
